How long will my order take to ship?

Awesome handmade designs take time! Your order should arrive approximately 10-15 business days after shipping depending on the design and quantity ordered. If you have questions about your order please contact us at orders@ladybrigade.com .

All domestic orders ship for $3.99. International shipping costs start at $25.

Are your masks in stock?

Yes, they are! Lady Brigade only list products that are in stock unless otherwise noted on the specific product page. Our mask selection can be found here.

Sizing

Please note that different styles measure differently. Please check below for specifications regarding your specific product.

These tanks run slightly smaller than other tanks and tees, but they have ample stretch with their soft and flowy tri-blend fabric. Garment width is measured across the bust, 1" below the armhole. Garment height is measured from highpoint of shoulder length.

These Women's T-shirts are meant to be form-fitting and therefore fit snugly and run smaller than traditional unisex T-shirts. If you're busty, or prefer a looser fitting shirt, please order one or two sizes up. Garment width is measured across the bust, 1" below the armhole. Garment height is measured from highpoint of shoulder length. 

Our Hoodies are manufactured for both men and women and run close-to-size to traditional hoodies. They're made from cotton and may shrink slightly after the first wash. If you prefer more room in your hoodie, order one size up. Garment width is measured across the bust, 1" below the Armhole. Garment height is measured from highpoint of shoulder length. 

Special Requests

You can make a special request and order many of our T-shirts in a Men's cut. See below for Men's cut sizing. 

What if I would like to place a large order for a group?

Please email order@ladybrigade.com if you have a large order consisting of 5 or more of the same design.

Do you make custom designs?

It depends on your idea, but we can try.

Please email info@ladybrigade.com with your design idea. 

How do I care for my new shirt?

Please read the label before washing each shirt. As a general rule, we suggest the following for all shirts (individual suggestions may vary, based on specific shirt): 

• Machine Wash Cold
• Do Not Bleach
• Machine Dry Low
• Iron Low / Do Not Iron Decoration 

How do I get a refund or exchange?

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return unless there is a defect in the garment.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of your order.

When should I expect my refund for a returned item?

Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return and to credit your account / original payment method. Refunds are issued for returned item minus any shipping charges (unless the product is defective or not as described).

Where are your shirts made?

We are dedicated to sourcing all of our merchandise from American manufacturers. For most of our items, we currently use private label clothing, American Apparel, and Bella + Canvas (Made in the USA Collection). Our in-house designs are hand-printed in Sarasota, Florida. 

Do you you have a physical store location?

Yes we do have a physical store! Shop in person or by appointment at 2172 Gulf Gate Drive, Sarasota, FL 34231.

Do you sell to any major retailers?

No, we currently only sell our merchandise online at ladybrigade.com or in our store at 2172 Gulf Gate Drive, Sarasota, FL 34231.
